Two weeks after you've sent the presskit, email booking@thebluegator.com to inquire about whether we recieved the package, the possiblities of getting a date, and what your availablity is.

Performance times:
Upstairs: 10 p.m.- 2 a.m.,Downstairs: 9 p.m.- 12 midnight.

Sound: (See below for sound system specifics)
The Blue Gator provides a full P.A. and sound technician for a fee.

Load In: Bands can load-in 2 hours before showtime. Call ahead if you need special arrangements.

Money: The Blue Gator charges between $3.00 & $10.00 at the door ($15.00 to $25.00 for "Platinum Series" Shows.) Bands generally play for 90% of the door minus the P.A. charge. From the remainder you must pay for the opening bands, fliers, and any additional expenses.

Guests of the Band: You may have a guest list, but remember its your money; and you will still be responsible for your production expenses. All guests must have valid ID.

Age Requirement: The Blue Gator is an 18 & over club and we charge an additional $2 per person under 21 years of age. This $2.00 fee goes to the Blue Gator.

Fliers: Fliers should always be posted prior to your show with the following information: bands, date, time, place and cover charge. When posting fliers, please be considerate; do not cover up any fliers for upcoming shows or post on/in buildings or utility poles without permission. Please bring at least one flier into the Gator so we know all the info and can reproduce them if needed.

Promotion: If you would like your website linked, please send your URL to updates@thebluegator.com (please reciprocate link on your website.)
